I keep trying to get them to work with me to refinance and I give them a time I can be reached..in the middle of tyring to do this they have called 5 times w/ only a recorded message..Countrywide the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing

These people have been calling several times a day. I do not have any affiliation with them, no loans, never had a loan, nothing in collections, yet they call and call and call. several times a day. then no one on the phone. These people are harrassing. They need to change something.

Country Wide is a bunch of criminals which is why they are being investigated by the FBI. I recently spoke with a refinancer there and he basically said it was the people's fault for the poor housing market, not the lenders. I have a loan through them already and they refused to refinance even though I lost my job and can't afford the 10% increase my loan just had. Idiots.
